Through superior indexing technology, Bradmark's SUPERDEX gives the HP3000, IMAGE user all of the capabilities found in a relational database.

No more using IMAGE keys to ensure that reports and lookups happen quickly. Now any field in any dataset can be a key. SUPERDEX uses Boolean operators (and, or, not) that eliminates serial reads, dramatically reducing computing time. Interfaces for most common 4GL's are available, minimizing the time required to implement the new available "keys".

SUPERDEX Version 4.0 is the first version that utilizes the TurboIMAGE 4.0/iX Third-Party Indexing(TPI) Interface.

SUPERDEX Key Features:

• Indexing engine is completely internal to IMAGE
• Shared access while adding, deleting, and organizing indexes.
• Use SuperSELECT's user-friendly windows interface for the selection of datasets, SUPERDEX paths, and index values. SuperSELECT will display the number of records that qualify in seconds.
• ASK and PowerHouse dates can now be converted into an internal format that allows for ASCII retrievals for dates.
• Relational joins and comparisons with new DBFIND mode 12 enforces relational access with every call.
