Limitations

It is important to be aware of tool limitations - it is not a “silver bullet”:

• Increased costs during build phase

  • Initial learning curve and increased training costs
  • Maintenance of test scripts

• Automated tests lack intuitive reasoning

  • Can not evaluate processes not defined within script
