Lessons Learned End User Training

• Ensure end user training material is created during the project as basic Baan functionality is explored and issues are resolved

  • For example, a “Step-Action-Result” table could be prepared for each menu option provided to the end user

• Attempt to train end users as close to the “Go-Live” date as possible

  • Training should be fresh
