In fact, it can be placed in your directory of Word templates so that it is shown as a template when you use Word's NEW command. To use this template, follow these steps: Select the document header and delete the first three lines of the header that are the identifying header lines for this Standing Document. The lines to delete are colored DARK RED. That will leave three remaining template header lines that you can fill in with the appropriate data for your proposal. Delete this first page of the body of this Standing Document starting with the centered title line "J4 Standing document S11" through the page break. The lines to delete are also colored DARK RED. That will leave in the remaining body of the document, a template for those sections that are the required elements of your new Full Revision Change Proposal. Delete instruction lines from the template and insert your own text. Required title lines are uncolored. The instruction lines to delete are colored DARK RED. Sometimes the instructions urge that specifically worded statements be used. Such statements are uncolored, but if there is more than one option, delete the ones that do not apply. There should be no colored text remaining in your final document. Do not update the page numbers in the header. They will automatically reset when you save or print your document. If the change is being proposed because of an interpretation request, reference the relevant EF (interpretation) document.
