Close Action Ship Logs for the March 15 2009 Event at World's Best Comics in Newport News Virginia

Two games of Close Action were played. The first was a pre-game warm up at 12 Noon of Close Action scenario CA18, "Mars vs. French Frigate Squadron". The second was MS09 "Cape of Good Hope: Johnstone's Second Opportunity". Unfortunately, no camera was available so there is no pictorial, However I do have scans of the top part of the ship logs below except the log of the HBMS Hero which turned up missing. The game turned out to be close to a draw, with a technical slight British win.
