First Meeting with old Board:

Present: Birket Foster, John Wolff, Paul Edwards, Mark Klein, Donna Garverick, Ted Ashton
Absent: Ken Sletten, Christian Lheureux, Ron Horner

Election		 RESOLVED to accept the following election results:
The following people were elected:
- John Burke
- Donna Garverick
- Ron Horner
- Steve Suraci
- John Wolff

103 people voted

RESOLVED that Alan Tibbets is appointed to replace Ted Ashton and will complete the remainder of Ted's term.

Election results to be published on web site and posted to openmpe-l.

M. Klein to update Board's email distribution list.

    Election    		 M. Klein reports that the Board's email distribution list was updated.

    By-Laws    		 Issue regarding existing language regarding elections will be discussed at next regular meeting.

    Working w/ HP    		 HP desires to give the Board a draft of the letter to be posted to openmpe-l before it's actual release on April 9th with the condition that it's contents are not publicly discussed. Unanimously accepted by roll-call vote.

  • B. Foster reviewed what is currently happening with OpenMPE and HP. He also discussed our history and our future.
  • New Board members are requested to send biographical information and picture to R. Horner for website.
