J. Burke provided a verbal report on his discussions with M. Pavinen. HP indicated that they were agreeable to either an informal verbal CDA or a formal signed CDA. HP also clarified that the general protection date would be 31 Dec 2006 but that there may be exceptions with protection dates that could extend into 2008. J. Burke to draft acceptance letter for Board and HP review prior to next week's meeting. |
