  1. Define future direction of OpenMPE's and HP's relationship
  2. MPE Certification
    • Reinstatement of MPE Star and User certifications
    • Letter to MPE certified individuals reflecting changes in the program
    • Change HP Certified Web Site to reflect MPE certifications
    • Allow new MPE certifications
    • Assign certification testing and training to Paul Edwards and Frank Alden
  3. PSA Payments

  4. Finish MPE build review process
  5. Explore the future of joint OpenMPE and HP user meetings
  6. Define future disposition of MPE source code
    • Define 'selected portions'

  9. Allow MPE/iX 7.0 and 7.5 to boot on 9x7 systems

Meeting w/ HP		 The Board wants to meet with M. Pavinen next week (12th). B. Foster to extend the invitation. M. Perdue to merge above list with his 'spreadsheet' and send back to the Board. B. Foster would like to give the list to M. Pavinen on Monday (9th), so a fast turn around is necessary.

Emulator		 The Board is curious about the status of Strobe Data's emulator.

Encompass		 The Board has been approached regarding joining Encompass. B. Foster to extend an invitation to an Encompass leader to meet with the Board (probably on the 19th).

Martin Gorfinkel		 B. Foster to contact M. Gorfinkel to discuss work accomplished to date.

Election		 The election is pending. Much work needs to be done to get ready -- including the membership database, election web pages and web site in general.
