B. Foster reports that the letter was sent. M. Perdue indicated that he's heard from Allegro in response. M. Perdue was encouraged to do follow-ups. |
| 2007-08-09-03 GHRUG |
It was announced earlier this week that the GHRUG conference was being postponed from September until March 2008. Concern was expressed about monies ear-marked by HP to attend this conference. The Board will encourage HP to do something in support of the community so that the money will not be lost in the next budget year. Or perhaps the money could be used to fund another audit. |

Jennie Hou and Jeff Bandle from HP were invited to join the Board meeting. The Board entered Executive Session. |

D. Hofmeister to inquire about Board member availability for meetings on either September 6th or 13th. D. Hofmeister to ask Jeff Bandle about his availability for a September 20th. Meeting times will be 10am (Pacific). |
