Ballot for the Board of Directors

Thank-you for taking the time from your busy schedule to cast a vote in the popular election of the OpenMPE, Inc. Board of Directors.  Details about the OpenMPE movement can be found "here".  Details about the candidates can be found "here".

The desire is to create a board of nine people: 2 Consultants, 2 Utility Vendors, 2 Application Vendors, 2 End users, and 1 HP employee.  An additional stipulation is that at least 2 of the board members should be from outside the United States, since MPE/iX is truly an international product.

Each company that users the MPE/iX Operating System in their day-to-day operations or as a supplier of an MPE/iX based application, utility, and/or services to other companies has one ballot to be cast.  If two ballots from the same company are submitted only the first one will be counted.  Within a category, if you vote for the same person twice it will only count as one vote.  You have the ability to cast a "write-in" vote for each and every slot but even if a "write-in" candidate wins it does not bind them to accept the position.  If this were to happen and the "write-in" candidate declined, then the next person with the highest number of votes would win the slot.

The company name, voter name, and contact information are required.  Copies of the ballots will be made available to the candidates and/or HP for verification, should they ask for them.
